The Transfer Ledger
The lab's second product. Every primitive we forge on Polymarket, tracked from where it's born to where it earns for Precise — and which vertical (media / adtech first) it returns to. Polymarket is the fast twin: it settles in days what media settles in quarters, so a primitive proven here is proven ~50–100× faster than in its home market. Status: forged extracted to the harness with docs+evals · building in a live build · design specified · idea named, not yet specified.
I.The transfer contract
A primitive is not "done" when it produces a number in the lab. It is done when it lives in the Precise Harness — abstracted, documented, eval-covered — so a Precise product build inherits it for free. This page is the running proof that the loop closes: lab discovery → harness capability → Precise product surface → the vertical it serves. Nothing here claims a capability the harness doesn't hold; the chip is the contract, same discipline as the math ledger.

III.The two-way seam (Precise × Konstant)
Rows marked Konstant IP are the structural-selection methods (v_fast, syncopation, orphan, fingerprint) — Konstant-owned, consumed by Precise under license through a typed port, never re-implemented inside Precise (that would put crown jewels on the wrong cap table and break the neutral-trust thesis). The unmarked rows are Precise's own contribution/calibration/floor math. The sellable new features live in the combination: a Konstant structural score feeding a Precise contribution engine produces attribution nobody else can compute — a Precise product with a Konstant dependency, and reciprocally, Precise's calibration attested by Konstant/AliceNet so a stranger can trust the number. License terms live in the private founder packet, not this technical page.
IV.Why the transfer is real, not analogy
The math was born in media — the calibration harness's panels are ad campaigns, the Shapley job's value functions were media KPIs (cost_of_media is in its loader). Polymarket is the away game: the same primitives, run where truth arrives in days instead of quarters, against an adversarial settlement oracle nobody can argue with. So this ledger reads in both directions — every row is a media/adtech capability being hardened on fast ground truth, then returning home with its serial numbers intact. The lab's KPI is not Polymarket P&L; it is forged primitives per quarter, graduated to the harness, with the evals to prove them.
